The keynote speaker for the 2022 Annual Conference is Dr. Kizzimekia Corbett, an immunologist. Dr. Corbett is one of the scientists who in early 2020 helped to develop an mRNA-based vaccine for COVID-19. In the past few months, Dr. Cobett took on a role at Harvard and is the Shutzer Assistant Professor at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute and assistant professor of immunology and infectious diseases at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She was previously at the Vaccine Research Center (VRC) at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health (NIAID NIH, in Bethesda, Maryland).
