N2 Welcomes Two New Board Members!

We have two new additions to our N2 Board of Directors, The first is Muhammad Hameed, Head of Operations at Population Health Research Institute. Michelle Moldofsky, Founder of Moldofsky Professional Corporation, was also voted in as our newest board member.

Muhammad has more than 16 years of experience in finance and business management in healthcare, energy, manufacturing and education. He holds a Master of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Windsor.

Muhammad is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has three years of experience sitting on not-for-profit boards and is currently the chairperson of the board for a Hamilton based not-for-profit organization.

Michelle Moldofsky is a lawyer who brings to N2 over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector.  As the founder of Moldofsky Professional Corporation, she provides not-for-profit and healthcare organizations with legal advice and with services to plan for cost reduction and outsourcing of the legal function.  Michelle is a former Chair of the Board at Sherbourne Health and a former General Counsel at St. Michael’s Hospital. She volunteers as a mentor to lawyers in the Women’s Law Association of Ontario’s mentorship program and is a frequent speaker on legal issues affecting healthcare and research organizations in Canada.  Michelle has been involved in multiple efforts to streamline and harmonize research processes for many years, including her work in developing and encouraging the use of the CAHO Statement of Principles to be Considered When Negotiating a Clinical Studies Agreement, and her work at the foundational stages of the CIHR funded project to develop the ModelClinical Trial Agreement.
