Tracy Wong is a Research Quality Assurance Specialist with Island Health’s Research Ethics & Compliance Office. She provides expert training and guidance on research quality and regulatory compliance, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Health Canada requirements, privacy, confidentiality, and standard operating procedures. She supports investigators and study teams with training pathways tailored to protocol-specific needs, covering TCPS 2 CORE, CIM confidentiality modules, Division 5, and GCP tutorials.
As a liaison for both new and ongoing clinical research, Tracy leads compliance discussions and ethics review guidance—including sessions like Submitting for Research Ethics Review: Navigating the Systems, offered in collaboration with the Research Ethics & Compliance Office.
Tracy also contributes nationally through her work on the N2 Canada Quality Committee, where she supports the development of best practices in clinical trial quality and compliance.
