Stephen Sundquist brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical trial operations and health program leadership. His background spans roles in pharmaceutical, contract research organization (CRO), and academic settings, where he has supported Phase I to IIIb drug, biologic, and device trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas.

As Executive Director of the Canadian Cancer Clinical Trials Network (3CTN), Stephen leads a pan-Canadian initiative that maintains a portfolio of over 800 multi-centre academic cancer clinical trials. Under his leadership, 3CTN supports a national community of more than 250 investigators, clinical research professionals, and patient partners across 60 pediatric and adult cancer centres, working toward equitable access, improved accrual, and the efficient, high-quality conduct of cancer clinical trials.
