Sassan Azad is a seasoned clinical research and med-tech executive with a unique dual role in both the innovation and healthcare sectors. As Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs at A.I. Vali Inc., a Toronto-based med-tech company, he leads the development and commercialization of AI-powered medical imaging platforms. Under his leadership, A.I. Vali launched AIDREA, a flagship AI-driven tool that delivers real-time analysis and instant reporting for enhanced cancer detection. The company has achieved ISO 13485 certification and support from the Vector Institute’s FastLane program.

In parallel, Sassan co-founded AzadMedica, a health research consultancy advancing clinical research and digital-health innovation in rural Ontario.
