Sasha Eskandarian is the Manager of Research Compliance & Support Services at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS), where she leads a team dedicated to supporting the integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance of clinical and health research. She oversees compliance with Health Canada regulations, Good Clinical Practice, and institutional policies, and provides leadership for internal grant programs such as the Health Professional Investigator Awards.

Sasha has played a key role in initiatives like the patient-centered Explore Research program and serves nationally as Co-Chair of the N2 Canada Quality Committee.

With over 25 years of experience—including leadership roles at McMaster University and Mount Sinai Hospital—Sasha brings deep expertise in research operations, grants management, and lab administration. She holds a Master’s degree and has completed executive education through McMaster and McGill’s Mini-MBA programs.

A passionate advocate for inclusive, ethical research, Sasha champions equity, diversity, and inclusion in science and mentorship, and is committed to enabling impactful healthcare research across HHS and beyond.
