Nessrine Hanna is a seasoned Clinical Operations leader with over 15 years of experience in clinical trial management and leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. She currently serves as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at AbCellera, where she oversees the strategic and operational management of early-phase clinical trials. In this role, she collaborates closely with clinical development, quality teams, and external vendors to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Throughout her career, Nessrine has held senior leadership positions at prominent organizations such as BMS Canada and Merck Canada. She has successfully led clinical operations teams, managed diverse clinical trial portfolios, and consistently optimized operational processes. Known for fostering collaboration across teams and strengthening site and stakeholder relationships, she is committed to ensuring high-quality and timely trial delivery.

Her leadership also includes mentoring high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to decisions that advance Canada’s position as a global leader in clinical research.

Nessrine holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, both from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec.
