VCHRI is the research arm of Vancouver Coastal Health and an academic health partner of the University of British Columbia. Based in Vancouver, B.C., the institute supports over 2,400 personnel—including investigators, clinician-scientists, and trainees—in both clinical and discovery science. Its mission is to translate research into real-world improvements through innovations in prevention, diagnostics, treatments, and health system design.
