Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF)

The Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF) at Université Laval is the largest multidisciplinary research group in Canada focused on the relationship between food, nutrition, and health. Bringing together over 775 researchers and 500 graduate students from fields including agriculture, medicine, and pharmacy, INAF conducts cutting-edge research on food quality, bioactive compounds, sustainable processing, and chronic disease prevention.
