The George & Fay Yee Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI), founded in 2008, is a partnership between the University of Manitoba and Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. Located on the University of Manitoba campus, CHI supports population and clinical health research through seven specialized platforms—spanning data science, patient engagement, clinical trials, implementation science, and knowledge translation—to ensure that research is translated into real-world care improvements across Manitoba’s health system.
