The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Gaspésie (CISSS-Gaspésie) is the regional health and social services authority serving the Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine region in Quebec. Established in 2015, it oversees 49 facilities—including hospitals, CLSCs, long-term care (CHSLDs), youth centres, and rehab services—across a vast geographic area spanning the coastline and islands .
