BC Cancer Agency (BC Cancer Research Institute-BCRI)

BC Cancer is a provincial cancer control agency under the Provincial Health Services Authority, operating six regional cancer centres across British Columbia. Serving a population of 5 million, its mandate covers the full continuum of cancer care: prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment (chemotherapy & radiation), supportive care, research, and education. BC Cancer conducts extensive clinical and population health research, including province-wide initiatives like the cervical self-screening program, and collaborates closely with universities, health authorities, and global partners.
