Megan Reilly-Boyes is the Compliance & Research Integrity Officer at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute, where she supports clinical research staff and investigators in navigating complex regulatory, policy, and ethical requirements. Her work focuses on ensuring study compliance through responsible conduct of research programming, conflict of interest management, and issue management investigations.
Megan also leads coordination of clinical research standard operating procedures (SOPs) and special projects within the Office of Clinical Research and Compliance.
She began her career at the Heart Institute in 2009 in the Department of Finance & Administration and transitioned to her current role in April 2018. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queen’s University and completed a Research Administration Certificate through Mohawk College in 2020.
