Jennifer Li is the Board Secretary for N2 Canada and Quality Manager for the Cancer Clinical Research Unit at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, part of the University Health Network.

Jennifer is a Senior Quality Manager at the Cancer Clinical Research Unit (CCRU) at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, where she brings over 17 years of experience in oncology clinical research, including more than 11 years dedicated to Quality Assurance. Known for her commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, Jennifer has led numerous quality-focused initiatives – such as educational series, quality metrics, and incident analyses – designed to elevate standards and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

In her role, Jennifer leads a high functional team that provides strategic quality oversight and collaborates closely with research teams to ensure readiness for audits and inspections, contributing to consistently successful outcomes. Her leadership is grounded in a proactive, systems-based approach to quality management.

Beyond her institutional responsibilities, Jennifer currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Network of Networks (N2), where she also contributes actively to both the Quality Committee and SOP Committee, helping shape national standards in clinical research. She previously held the position of President of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA), where she championed professional development and the strengthening of best practices in the field.
