We’re excited to share that registration is now open for the 2025 IMPaCT Annual Summit, hosted by our collaborators at IMPaCT. This event brings together current IMPaCT fellows, mentors, parent/youth partners, speakers, and planning committee members to strengthen capacity in patient-oriented trials.

Travel and Accommodation Support

MPaCT will cover the following expenses for eligible participants:

• Roundtrip economy airfare to Toronto (YTZ or YYZ) – up to $1,000 CAD

• Shuttle service from Toronto airport to the hotel – up to $100 CAD (receipts required)

• Hotel accommodations for up to 3 nights (Nov. 17–20)

• Parking at the venue for local delegates (receipts required)

• Meals/snacks during transit – up to $100 CAD/day (receipts required)

General Admission

Due to limited space, general admission will be confirmed on a rolling basis by IMPaCT leadership. If approved, you’ll receive a payment link to finalize your spot. Please note that general attendees are responsible for all associated costs.
