The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the province-wide health system serving all of Saskatchewan. Formed in 2017 through the amalgamation of 12 former regional health authorities—including the Saskatoon Health Region—SHA delivers integrated care across primary, acute, long-term, mental health, and public health services. It is Canada’s largest single health authority by geographic area and workforce.
