Centre for Advancing Health Outcomes

The Centre for Advancing Health Outcomes, based at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, is a nationally recognized research centre dedicated to improving health outcomes through evidence-informed decision-making. Formerly known as the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences (CHÉOS), the Centre brings together a diverse team of researchers, clinicians, and data experts to conduct high-impact studies that address pressing health challenges across Canada.

Their work spans a wide range of focus areas—from population health and mental health to health equity, implementation science, and health systems innovation. By leveraging real-world data and working closely with healthcare providers and policy-makers, the Centre is helping to bridge the gap between research and practice.
