TheraPsil is a non-profit organization founded in 2019 by healthcare professionals, patients, and advocates, based in Vancouver, BC. They are dedicated to creating compassionate, legal access to psilocybin- and MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for Canadians in medical need—initially focusing on end-of-life distress and expanding their work to broader mental health conditions. TheraPsil offers clinician training programs, peer-support integration circles, and patient–provider matching, and actively engages in advocacy for regulatory reform and ongoing clinical research.
