CISSS de Laval is an integrated health and social services authority created on April 1, 2015 through the merger of hospitals (including Hôpital de la Cité‑de‑la‑Santé and Hôpital juif de réadaptation), CLSCs, CHSLDs, youth/maternity centres, and rehabilitation facilities across Laval  . Serving a diverse population with a workforce of over 10,000 staff and 700 physicians, it provides comprehensive care—from acute services and mental health to long-term care and public health—through its affiliations with Université de Montréal and McGill University.
