Metrics Committee
The N2 Metrics Committee is responsible for the development, modification, review, and maintenance of standardized performance metrics and systems improvement measures.
N2 Metrics Committee shall address the development through management of performance metrics and system improvement measures that can be used nation-wide by Health Care Organizations, Research Organizations, Universities and Networks in the conduct of clinical trials.
The result has been the Metrics Educational Series. Linda Sullivan and Keith Morgenstern were integral in the content development and delivery. The 4 part series (webinars and in person session) covered: Performance metrics foundational, Concepts Process Maps and The Metrics Development Process, Metrics Visualizations & Benchmarking Performance, and Pricing & Delivery. This webinar was attended by over 200 people at 40 N2 member institutions.
