N2 Member Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Please only register for the AGM if you have received an email from Erin Cherban on Tuesday November 20, stating that you are the designated N2 representative for your institution. If you have questions about the AGM please contact Erin Cherban at echerban@hivnet.ubc.ca .

The N2 Member Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a 30-minute business meeting that takes place immediately before the beginning of the N2 Annual Conference. Each N2 member organization has one designated representative who must attend OR delegate their vote to another member of their organization who is attending the meeting OR provide a Proxy if no one from your organization is attending. All “designated” members have been emailed in advance. Proxy or Delegate name must be completed on the appropriate registration form. Note: non-designated members are allowed to attend the AGM, but each member organization only has one designated member for quorum and voting purposes.

Travel Assistance
Attendees requiring travel assistance must contact Karen Arts: karen.arts@n2canada.ca for pre-approval. Assistance of a maximum of $750 is available for one member per organization, outside the greater Toronto area for the cost of travel to and from Toronto. The funds may be used for flight and/or rail costs only.


Payment, Refund and Cancellation Information
This year, registration and payment can be made in one step. Once you have completed your registration form you will be able to pay online.  You will receive an email confirmation with the subject line: Registration for the N2 Annual Meeting sent to the email address that was input on your registration form.  The member registration fee is $50 plus HST and is required to attend the meeting (the fee is $750 plus HST for non-members of N2). This fee is to offset some charges incurred on catering, venue rental and AV required to hold the two-day annual meeting.
